Application of the general sales-conditions

All the orders sent by a customer, by e-mail, by telephone or on the Roselife website are subject to the present General Sales-Conditions.


Assortment

Our roses boxes assortment come directly from the farm offering unrivaled freshness, long lasting  lifecycle and prices. For this reason, the roses are not packaged for a gift. We offer gift arrangement services upon request. 

Roses types may be modified in certain exceptional cases, namely in cases of stock-outage, Roselife reserves itself the right to furnish types, which can differ slightly from the roses types shown on the site.


Prices

The prices indicated on the site of Roselife are indicated in Euros and in Swiss Francs. VAT for cut flowers is included. The prices are binding for the term of validity of the offer. 

 

 Order

The contract comes into force as soon as the client clicks on the button “Continue” on the order page, and the confirmation links appears on the site of Roselife. From this moment on cancellation is no longer possible. After placing your order, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail detailing your transaction, product availability and confirming the final value of your order, which has been debited from your credit or debit card.

 

 

 Delivery

The ordered merchandise is to be recovered by the customer, at the Roselife Pop-up Events dates. The calendar of the events indicates the dates and is available at the Roselife website. The orders can be passed up to 2 weeks before the following pop-up event. The order confirmation is subject  to products seasonal availability. 

 

Payment

Payment are made according to a secured payment technology PAYPAL, by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

 

 Claim and damage

The claims concerning the quality is to be sent by mail,  within a period of 2 days to roseliferoselife@gmai..com. After this period no claim for compensation whatsoever can be accepted. Damages indemnification can in no case exceed the total amount of the order. The client is entirely responsible for the accuracy of theinformation provided and connected with his order. We offer refund policy for the potentiel damaged roses pieces.
